Introduction

Welcome to Aladdin28. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Aladdin28 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://aladdin28.cam and all associated services, products, and features made available through it.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Aladdin28 platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Aladdin28, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human actors may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit you to use the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of Aladdin28.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during and after registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not act on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when using the Platform.

Account Registration & KYC

All Players must complete the registration process to access real-money gaming and financial services on the Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Aladdin28 will require completion of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Proof of current residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the Player holding their ID document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement confirming account holder details).

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24–48 hours. Aladdin28 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Should our systems detect duplicate accounts linked by shared device, IP address, payment method, or personal details, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Aladdin28 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity by a third party granted access with or without your permission.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Aladdin28 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other Player's use of the service.
• You acknowledge that all games on the Platform are subject to the rules of chance, and that past results do not influence future outcomes.
• You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, and you accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss.
• You must not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform's system and may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player after that point.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Aladdin28 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via multiple payment channels. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (inclusive of Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), as well as select cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (subject to change and payment method variation).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 (subject to change).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, and only to accounts verified in the Player's own name.
• Aladdin28 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to24 hours, subject to KYC status, volume, and payment channel availability.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or are flaged by our risk management systems.
• Deposits must not be sourced from funds obtained through illegal activity. Aladdin28 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected money laundering.

Any funds deposited and not wagered within a period of 180 consecutive days of inactivity may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per calendar month, applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or until the account becomes active again.

Bonuses & Promotions

Aladin28 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash equivalent unless the bonus has been fully wagered and converted to real-money funds.
• Aladdin28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at lower rate than slots — full details are available in individual promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the Aladdin28 platform. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues (including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League), and game categories are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. Aladdin28 reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or connectivity error during a game or sporting event, Aladdin28 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Decisions made in good faith by the Operator in such circumstances are final.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all products. These limits are visible at the point of bet placement and vary by product, market, and Player tier.
• Bets placed on clearly eroneous odds (manifest errors) — including pricing errors caused by technical faults — are void and will be refunded at the original stake.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with official results. For football markets, the 90-minute full-time result is used unless stated otherwise. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless specifically offered as market.
• Live betting (in-play) odds are subject to suspension at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension window will be void.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aladdin28 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended and any outstanding balances, including winings, may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or any form of sports fraud.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live dealer formats.
• Exploiting identified bugs, errors, or system glitches for financial gain. Players who discover such errors must report them to customer support immediately and refrain from exploiting them.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits.
• Money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any stage of account management.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection measures in place on the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

Aladdin28 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after predetermined play durations.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum loss threshold per session or per week.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irevocable for its chosen duration.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Aladdin28 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of Aladdin28 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software used on the Platform.
• Use the Aladdin28 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin28 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service including as a result of technical faults, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or other service providers beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Aladdin28's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

Aladdin28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity set out in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of deposit funds from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceding 365 consecutive days without any login activity.

A Player may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money balance remaining after all applicable deductions will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

Amendments to These Terms

Aladdin28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via in-platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

The date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Aladdin28 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts or arbitration bodies as designated by the Operator.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia, to the extent that such rights are mandatory and cannot be excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
